Reporting to the SVP and Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive cross-functional collaboration with the ELT, Regional Presidents, and functional leaders, turning strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years total exp; 7+ years in top-tier strategy consulting; mix with in-house strategy is a plus.

• Shape mid- and long-term enterprise strategy.
• Architect and evolve the global strategic planning process.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide planning with the ELT, regional presidents and leaders.
• Drive alignment across corporate, regional, functional and commercial strategies.
• Bring external market and industry insights to inform growth opportunities.
• Lead enterprise growth platforms and global category strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive insights.
• Oversee global supply chain strategic initiatives to improve service and profitability.
