Job summary

At Suntory Global Spirits, the Americas Strategy team leads high-impact projects to shape growth, portfolio strategy, and market entry across the region. This role reports to the Senior Director, Americas Strategy and collaborates with executives to deliver data-driven insights.

You will conduct complex analyses using Excel and Power BI, build storyboards for leadership, and support annual planning, brand strategy, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years of strategy or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to major strategy initiatives, including portfolio / category / brand growth strategies, new market entry and growth strategies, marketing process improvement, and cross-functional efforts
• Conduct complex analysis with analytical rigor, leveraging excel, Power BI, and other advanced analytics tools, forming opinions on the so what
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to ensure the successful inclusion of function specific insights and implementation of initiatives
• Develop storyboards and presentations for the above projects, adapting for varying levels within the organization (e.g., marketing team vs. executive leadership)
• Support annual marketing strategy planning and integrated business planning process
• Support long term category and brand planning
• Identify key market opportunities for priority brands
• Assess BI allocation across region / markets based on brand / market opportunities
• Craft and deliver data-driven insights for delivery to executive teams
• Work effectively in a team environment, both within the Strategy team and with business unit partners/stakeholders throughout the organization
• As needed, support the implementation and monitoring of recommended strategies
• Execute ad hoc strategy & broader Strategy team initiatives - this team is the one-stop-shop for developing Suntory's Americas organization, meaning new / interesting projects are constantly surfacing!
