Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a Director of Global FP&A to lead the Corporate FP&A function from Chicago, guiding enterprise financial performance, planning, and reporting. This senior role partners with the Global CFO, VP, and executive teams to shape the financial outlook and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include enterprise narrative development, scenario planning, and leading a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, or related field
Experience partnering with senior leaders across functions and geographies
Ability to translate financial performance into clear insights and actions
Strong executive communication and leadership capabilities
Experience with SAP, EPM, and advanced Excel modeling

Responsibilities

Lead development of the enterprise financial narrative for CFO, ELT, Board, and Suntory Holdings
Drive enterprise performance management with regional and functional finance teams
Oversee global financial planning processes including forecasts and budgets
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses across key financial metrics
Develop and coach a high-performing Corporate FP&A team
Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of FP&A processes
