Hoxton Circle is seeking an experienced VP Controller to lead global accounting operations and financial reporting. Based in Nassau County, the role partners with the CFO to drive financial strategy across a large, complex global manufacturing business with sites worldwide.

You will own global monthly and quarterly reporting, manage auditors, and oversee international tax. You will align cost accounting with site strategies and lead ERP initiatives and controls.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA required as a baseline credential.
• Global accounting leadership experience across multi-national operations.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Own global monthly and quarterly financial reporting and compliance across all entities, partnering with the CFO on strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and oversee annual financial and statutory reporting and international tax filing.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to align cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capex decisions with unit strategy.
• Lead and develop a global reporting team and drive ERP initiatives, data migration, and financial controls design.
