Job summary

TLD Morgantown seeks a Controller to lead the full accounting function, including AR, AP, cost control, monthly closings, and GL, reporting to the regional CFO. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while ensuring accurate financial reporting for the Morgantown site.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in a controller role within B2B manufacturing, ERP experience (Infor/Baan preferred), and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Controller role in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor/Baan a plus).
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting responsibilities, including AR, AP, cost controlling, monthly closing, GL.
• Monthly reporting (P&L and balance sheet) including sales, margin, and indirect cost analysis.
• Coordinate semi-annual financial audits.
• Construct annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of accounting functions and staff.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
