Job summary

CPG Talent Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Global Corporate Controller to lead global accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, audit and governance for a multi-entity international manufacturing business. You will report to the CFO and guide regional teams in the US, Europe and Asia, ensuring a single global standard and SOX-ready practices.

The role requires building structure, managing long-cycle contracts, inventory, intercompany activity, and robust tax/treasury coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. senior controllership/global leadership.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation across US and international operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets and multi-currency consolidation.
• Oversee external audits and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate tax compliance and global intercompany structuring and transfer pricing.
• Partner on treasury, cash management, and intercompany funding.
