Qualifications

• Strong US GAAP knowledge and manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proven cost accounting and inventory valuation expertise.
• Solid internal controls and SOX compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, capital investment analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting consistency, and systems utilization (Oracle, HFM).
• Lead and develop the accounting team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
