Job summary

Modern Health seeks a Vice President, Client Management to lead a team of client managers serving our largest enterprise clients. You will build executive relationships and co-lead value-management initiatives across the organization. A strong background in healthcare/benefits and proven leadership are required.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage complex client portfolios, and drive expansion opportunities while aligning with Modern Health’s strategic priorities and growth goals.

Qualifications

20+ years in client/account management or consulting with leadership of large teams
Experience managing Fortune 500 client relationships and P&Ls is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across senior levels

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5-8 client managers/account directors for major accounts
Develop executive relationships and act as executive sponsor for clients
Collaborate across Marketing and Pricing to drive client-centric initiatives
Represent Client Management in cross-functional leadership discussions
Drive data-informed recommendations to position and grow client portfolios
