Job summary

Modern Health is seeking a Vice President, Client Management to lead a team responsible for the satisfaction and retention of our largest clients. You will manage a group of senior client executives, drive value realization, and shape strategic initiatives across the client base.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience managing enterprise accounts, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results with Fortune 500 employers.

Qualifications

• 20-25+ years in client/account management or consulting with growth in responsibility
• Experience leading P&L and jumbo/global client relationships is preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
• Immigration sponsorship not available; able to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-8 client managers/directors managing our largest client accounts
• Develop executive relationships with clients in your portfolio in an executive sponsor capacity
• Co-lead deployment of Value Management client methodology across the Client Management org
• Serve as Client Management representative on cross-functional teams (Marketing, Pricing)
• Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers and HR executives
• Support sales initiatives by representing Client Management and client partnerships
• Use financial acumen to lead with data and guide strategic positioning and growth
• Lead and help evolve our growing Global team and go-forward strategy
