Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of PR agency experience overseeing teams
• Minimum pharma/biotech experience with regulatory processes
• Experience leading senior client engagements and campaigns
• Ability to manage budgets and cross-agency collaboration
• Strong writing and presentation capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 mid-to-large client engagements as day-to-day client lead
• Nurture and grow client relationships
• Develop strategic communications approaches for healthcare audiences
• Manage budgets and ensure programs meet objectives
• Oversee multichannel programs including digital and social
• Collaborate across account teams and cross-agency groups
• Mentor and develop staff to retain talent
• Build statements of work and manage team utilization
