Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to helm the end-to-end strategy for FDH Electronics, including sourcing, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and supplier performance. This executive will build a scalable operating model, drive profitability, and partner across Operations, Sales, Quality, Finance, IT, and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, finance, or a related field required.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and senior leaders.
• Aerospace/defense or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with domestic and international suppliers and operations.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, value-creation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year supply chain strategy aligned with growth priorities and acquisition agenda.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning across distribution and manufacturing.
• Direct strategic sourcing and procurement to improve cost, availability, and lead times.
• Oversee supplier performance, quality, risk management, and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and site leaders on inventory, working capital, and cash flow.
