Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration or related field.
3–4 years of experience in supply chain management or related role, preferably in aerospace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Upload and review supplier responses regarding part delivery status.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct discrepancies.
Enter quotes from suppliers and inter‑company as needed.
Address suppliers slow to respond or non‑responsive.
Expedite specific urgent items as required.
Deliver Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for chronically late suppliers.
Maintain improvement efforts with suppliers on delivery performance using root cause corrective actions.
Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned.
Identify and maintain order priorities for deliveries with suppliers on recovery efforts.
Expedite parts on-site at suppliers using lean practices and prioritized work.
