Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain management or related role, preferably in aerospace.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Upload and review supplier responses regarding part delivery status.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct discrepancies.
• Enter quotes from suppliers and inter‑company as needed.
• Address suppliers slow to respond or non‑responsive.
• Expedite specific urgent items as required.
• Deliver Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for chronically late suppliers.
• Maintain improvement efforts with suppliers on delivery performance using root cause corrective actions.
• Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned.
• Identify and maintain order priorities for deliveries with suppliers on recovery efforts.
• Expedite parts on-site at suppliers using lean practices and prioritized work.
