Job summary

StandardAero is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead our global supply chain strategy, overseeing sourcing, procurement, inventory, distribution, and logistics. The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who can drive improvements across multiple sites and functions.

You will manage supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop KPIs to report to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in Supply Chain with 5+ in leadership, preferably in aerospace/MRO.
• Experience leading large-scale strategies across multiple sites and geographies.
• Proven ability to implement cost-saving, lean processes and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales to align material needs and schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive on-time delivery and cost control.
• Establish KPIs and report supply chain performance to senior leadership.
• Negotiate high-value supplier contracts and service agreements.
