Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for FDH Electronics, overseeing sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, and analytics across distributed sites in the United States.

This leadership role partners with senior leaders across Operations, Sales, Quality, Finance, IT, and acquisitions to translate priorities into disciplined execution, drive service levels, margins and working capital, and lead integration for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations experience.
• Mil-Aero distribution experience or aerospace/defense exposure preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with growth and acquisition goals.
• Lead S&OP/IBP processes connecting demand, supply, capacity, and finance.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements.
• Provide executive-level supply chain insights and risk management.
