IDEX Health & Science LLC. is seeking a Life Science Optics VP/GM to lead strategy, growth, and execution across the Life Science Optics business.

You will partner with R&D, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver sustainable profitability and customer value. You will define the product and technology roadmap, prioritize new investments, and drive profitable growth while ensuring operational excellence and leadership development across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and operational improvement.
• Strong financial acumen and matrix leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the business strategy for Life Science Optics aligned to segment priorities.
• Drive revenue growth via market insights, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead customer-centric culture with strong engagement and service excellence.
• Define and manage Product and Technology Roadmap for long-term opportunities.
• Deploy operating model and lead cross-functional improvements across functions.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with strong succession planning.
