Job summary

Mastercard’s GBSC is seeking a Vice President to drive value creation and delivery for the GBSC Finance functions. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring delivery of initiatives that advance enterprise goals.

The leader will coordinate transformation programs, manage a team, and collaborate with initiative owners, functional teams, and partners to remove roadblocks and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate high-level priorities into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs and teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of GBSC Finance function's multi-year transformation strategy with roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Manage and develop teams to drive process optimization, standardization, and scalable solutions.
• Partner with technology and process teams to implement automation and enterprise AI initiatives.
