Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Vice President for the Global Business Solutions Center, People & Capability. You will lead HR shared services, oversee benefits, payroll, leaves, and new hire services, and drive transformation across geographies with a governance and analytics mindset.

You will partner with C-suite leaders to align operations with enterprise strategy, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement through automation and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR shared services and P&C operations across benefits, leaves, payroll, and new hire services.

• Establish governance, analytics, and controls to drive cost savings.
• Mentor senior leaders and foster high-performing teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Partner with executives to align operations with enterprise priorities.
