Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A including annual operating plans, long-range planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Drive disciplined planning cadence for revenue, margin, expense, cash flow, headcount, and productivity.
• Partner with CFO and executives to evaluate performance, identify risks/opportunities, and drive actions.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, and executive insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead finance partners supporting L1 executives with budget ownership and performance visibility.
• Oversee Revenue Operations, data governance, and sales incentive analytics and administration.
