Accruent, a Fortive company, seeks a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a global FP&A function, Revenue Operations, and Sales Incentive Administration. The role partners with the CFO and L1 executives to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management across the enterprise.

The leader will build scalable processes, deliver actionable financial insights, and empower executive decision-making while managing a matrixed, high-impact finance organization.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A, corporate/strategic finance.
7+ years of people leadership leading finance/ops teams.
Experience partnering with CFOs and execs on performance, planning, and decisions.
Strong commercial finance experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Lead global FP&A, revenue operations, and sales incentive administration.
Drive annual operating plans, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
Provide executive-level insights to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee budgeting, investment governance, and ROI visibility.
Partner with CFO and leaders to improve forecast accuracy and performance.
