Zusammenfassung

Avid Technology is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to strengthen and modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting in a PE-backed software environment. You will own the planning tool (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), drive a living forecast, and partner with the SVP of FP&A, Accounting, and the CFO to deliver results-driven analyses.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years progressive FP&A experience in PE-backed or investor reporting environment.
• Experience administering FP&A planning tools such as NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of the monthly close process and partnership with Accounting.
• Ability to build three-statement models and cash flow forecasting.
• Familiarity with lender/investor reporting concepts and KPI dashboards.
• Advanced Excel; ERP experience (NetSuite) and BI tools.
• Experience in subscription software or multi-product revenue environments.
• MBA/MSF/CPA preferred; knowledge of Python/SQL for data extraction.

• Coordinate the annual operating plan process with departments and executive review.
• Support rolling forecasts and long-range planning with driver-based models.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses for cost structure and resource allocation.
• Own the planning software (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) setup and administration.
• Lead 1–2 Financial Analysts and collaborate with Accounting and CFO.
• Manage monthly close calendar and align reporting with GL.
• Prepare lender, investor, and board reporting with clear narratives.
