Ladders is seeking a VP, Strategy - Fire & Safety to own the strategy for a leading fire & safety platform within the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role partners with business unit and commercial leaders to translate market insights into actionable execution and to drive sustained profitable growth.
Location: Remote in the United States. You will help build governance, market intelligence, and an innovation discipline to identify high-value growth opportunities and align go-to-market
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in strategy, corporate development or related leadership roles.
- Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments.

- Define and embed a clear fire and safety platform strategy to support sustained profitable growth
- Partner with business unit leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans
- Lead portfolio assessments to identify growth and margin expansion opportunities
- Identify and prioritize high-value organic growth opportunities across multiple segments
- Shape go-to-market strategies and differentiated value propositions with commercial leaders
- Strengthen innovation strategy by linking customer needs and market trends to revenue outcomes
