Qualifications

• Proven track record building and executing growth strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills linking insights to outcomes.
• Experience elevating strategy capabilities, processes, or governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed a clear Fire & Safety platform strategy identifying where to play, how to win, and growth capabilities.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align strategic priorities, resources, and execution plans.
• Lead portfolio assessment to identify growth opportunities, adjacencies, margin expansion, whitespace, and strategic repositioning.
• Prioritize high‑value organic growth across customer segments, geographies, product platforms, and services.
• Shape go‑to‑market strategy, channel priorities, customer segmentation, and differentiated value propositions.
• Strengthen innovation strategy by linking product vitality to market needs and growth priorities.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and value tracking for strategic initiatives and AI-enabled use cases.
• Build market intelligence on market size, growth, needs, competition, and regulatory trends.
• Translate strategy into an execution roadmap with owners, milestones, and value tracking.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable revenue, margin, and enterprise value.
• Own synergy goals across the platform leveraging common capabilities and channels.
