Jobot is seeking a Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services – Financial Due Diligence to lead and execute private equity and corporate M&A due diligence engagements. You will supervise teams, manage client relationships, and deliver rigorous financial analyses under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 4+ years with audit).
• Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• CPA or pursuing CPA.
