Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major process changes across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
• Certification in PMP / PgMP / CBTP / Change Management / Six Sigma.
