Job summary

Automated Financial Systems (AFS) seeks a VP, AI Business Transformation to orchestrate enterprise AI strategy and execution. You will shape the operating model, governance, and prioritization to scale AI across the organization, partnering with the CEO and peers to drive measurable value.

You will lead enterprise-wide AI enablement, coordinate with product, engineering, security, and compliance, and build the future AI team and capabilities to sustain value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI strategy and translate it into a pragmatic enablement roadmap.
• Define AI platform strategy and rollout standardized tools across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Technology for responsible AI adoption.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment and lifecycle management.
• Upskill engineering teams and drive adoption of AI tooling and workflows.
• Guide executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and governance.
