Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Vice President of Business Operations & Enterprise Transformation to serve as the pivotal operator and strategic catalyst for the company's enterprise-wide transformation. Qualifications

• Significant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Management Consulting with executive-level exposure.
• Expertise in process re-engineering, applying AI and automation to drive efficiency and ROI.
• Proven history of owning and driving cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
• Builder mindset: comfortable operating without a playbook and creating structure from ambiguity.
• Executive presence and synthesis: able to distill complex information into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid NYC office with occasional travel.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; 12+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the next-gen operating model in collaboration with the COO.
• Consolidate initiatives into an enterprise framework and establish ROI-driven priorities.
• Partner with leaders to ensure seamless technology integration and milestone tracking.
• Lead enterprise initiatives from design through steady-state execution and hand-off.
• Support executive cadence, governance, and monthly business review processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve bottlenecks across departments.
