Amentum is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a tech-driven, enterprise-wide finance transformation. The role focuses on unifying finance processes, systems, data, and governance to enable sustainable, profitable growth following rapid M&A activity.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years finance/financial operations
• Post-M&A finance integration and data harmonization experience
• US Citizenship required to apply
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation vision aligned with strategy.
• Engage stakeholders across business units for buy-in.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise finance transformation program.
• Oversee scope, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
• Drive automation, data governance, and reporting improvements.
• Set KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Manage cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate with ERP and related systems integration.
• Monitor change management and adoption of new tools.
• Align Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report processes
