Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights. You will run the annual plan, long-range model, and partner with executives to translate strategy into financial plans.

Manage a 10-person team, oversee forecasting and budgeting, and drive data-driven decision making across departments. You will present results to the CFO and leadership, support fundraising, and ensure accurate regulatory and board reporting while contributing to

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record owning planning and forecasting for a regulated business.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Experience with data/BI teams and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and growing teams of managers.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, FP tools, and BI/reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA a plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance metrics like loss/expense/combined ratios.
• Experience supporting board-level reporting and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams; align with company goals.
• Own annual plan and long-range model; manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Present results and recommendations to executive leadership; influence investments.
• Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Product, Sales, Claims, and Data teams.
• Build and coach managers; develop future leaders and oversee regulatory reporting.
• Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and shareholder reporting.
• Support fundraising efforts with CFO and executive team.
