Job summary

F&G is seeking a senior leader to drive the delivery of technology-enabled platforms and applications within the Finance, Liabilities & Investments domain. You will partner with business and IT leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes and modernize platforms for scalable, secure, and compliant insurance capabilities aligned to enterprise strategy.

You will lead value stream teams, own the full lifecycle of product capabilities, and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Experience supporting IT or technology-enabled functions within finance, liabilities & investments.
• Strong understanding of insurance value chains and enterprise solutions delivery.
• Experience leading in a Product Operating Model or Value Stream organization.
• ITIL certification a plus; strong contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across the Finance, Liabilities & Investments domain to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and develop value stream delivery teams and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Own technology performance across the full lifecycle of products within the domain.
• Align architecture, data and platforms to enable a seamless insurance lifecycle experience.
• Lead vendor management, RFPs, contracts and ensure alignment to enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, and coordinate capacity planning across value streams.
