Job summary

FIS is seeking a Vice President, Investment Operations Solutions to define and execute a Tier 1 Investment Operations product portfolio strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, risk, and business to deliver scalable solutions and tangible business value.

The role carries P&L accountability and requires translating business priorities into roadmaps, governance, and performance metrics while ensuring client impact and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Investment Operations or related financial services.
• Experience leading large-scale product strategies and complex operational transformations.
• Strong ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across functions.
• Knowledge of investment operations workflows, governance practices, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience establishing product roadmaps, success metrics, and operating models.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with revenue growth and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Investment Operations product strategy, vision, and objectives.
• Establish and manage product OKRs and KPI frameworks that measure adoption, value, and efficiency.
• Own strategic product roadmaps translating business priorities into measurable outcomes across value streams.
• Drive product performance and profitability with clear P&L accountability.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and readiness frameworks to improve delivery and compliance.
• Partner with architecture, technology, and operations to reduce friction and improve resiliency.
• Lead executive governance forums (MBRs and QBRs) with data-driven insights for decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to establish enterprise standards and accelerate initiatives.
