Job summary

Frankenmuth Insurance seeks a technology leader to drive transformation of core insurance platforms and modernize foundational systems. You will shape strategy, lead platform delivery, and guide teams across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Billing, and Financial Systems.

You will partner with business units to align technology investments with enterprise goals, champion Agile/DevOps practices, and build high-performing leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software delivery or technology leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and cloud modernization; vendor management involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead core insurance platform strategy, delivery, and operations across multiple lines.
• Build and retain high-performing leaders and teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Partner with business and architecture teams to align technology investments with goals.
• Sponsor cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives.
