This pivotal role demands transformation in technology strategy and delivery practices. The successful candidate will align technology initiatives with business objectives, driving insights and enhancing operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively increasing experience in Business/Program management/technology environment.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Certification in relevant methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the Strategy area into a forward‑looking insights and storytelling engine.
• Develop and implement OKRs and KPIs to measure genAI adoption and agile metrics.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams across Strategy and Delivery Excellence functions.
