You will drive strategy, architecture, governance, and modernization while ensuring reliability and strong controls across finance capabilities. Qualifications

• Deep Finance Technology expertise in asset management or capital markets finance (ERP Accounting/GL, subledgers, FP&A).
• Former software engineer/architect with integration experience (APIs, microservices, CI/CD).
• Vendor-agnostic mindset with experience evaluating SAP/Oracle and FP&A/EPM platforms.
• Finance data modeling, COA, entity hierarchies, BI platforms, data quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform strategy, architecture, and governance for Finance Technology.
• Modernize ERP/GL and FP&A/EPM tooling and planning capabilities.
• Lead data & analytics initiatives including finance data model and semantic layers.
• Embed AI/ML/RPA for journal anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and forecasting."
• Operate with agile product methods and measurable business outcomes.
• Provide global leadership of internal teams and managed services partners.
