Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead a modern, scalable IT strategy for our insurance platform. You will manage distributed teams in the US and India, drive platform modernization, and ensure regulatory alignment.

This senior role interfaces with clients at the executive level and shapes technology engagements across the business. You will oversee cloud/on-prem infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled solutions, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in insurance.
• Experience managing distributed US/India delivery models.
• Proven platform modernization and complex transition programs.
• Strong .NET, SQL, cloud/on-prem infra, and AI knowledge.
• Executive-level communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for insurance platform.
• Provide executive oversight of development using .NET and SQL Server.
• Guide platform modernization and multi-tenant architecture.
• Lead client engagements and manage carrier IT/ops teams.
• Oversee production support, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive SDLC/Agile practices with regulatory controls.
• Manage cross-location delivery, risks, and governance.
