Job summary

LHH is partnering with a large, fast-growing Professional Services organization to recruit a VP of FP&A. You will report to the CFO as the primary finance partner across a multi-entity environment and will help shape how finance uses AI, with direct influence on business decisions.

Fully remote from the United States. Responsibilities include owning the full FP&A lifecycle, leading management reporting and KPI dashboards, and building advanced financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A lifecycle: budget, forecasts, long-range planning.
• Lead management reporting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards for execs/board.
• Build three-statement and cash flow models; headcount and unit economics.
