Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Vice President of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You will own consolidation of the P&L, build and stress-test models, and present actionable narratives to senior leadership—while guiding a global, high-performing FP&A team.

The role requires a strong track record in consolidated financial planning, AI/GenAI application in finance, and strategic decision support. Competitive benefits accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or equity research experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong ability to build models, work with data, and deliver polished outputs while guiding a team.
• Deep expertise in consolidated P&L, scenario planning, financial modeling, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders; capable of presenting confidently.
• Experience leading finance transformation, systems implementations, or AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidation of enterprise P&L across annual plan, rolling forecast, and 5-year plan.
• Build, stress-test complex financial models and lead scenario and bridge analyses.
• Produce executive reporting and concise Board-ready narratives.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings prep and external reporting roadmap.
• Oversee enterprise incentive compensation funding analysis and committee materials.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed FP&A team.
• Advise on investment, resource allocation, and margin-expansion decisions; support M&A integration.
