Job summary

You will manage Middle Market clients, collaborate with the bank coverage team and Treasury Services, and drive profitability through strategic client management and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires 8+ years in relationship management or business development, with strong communication skills and travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management, business development, or related technology roles.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and expand relationships with Fortune 500 caliber clients.
• Experience and comfort level working with C-suite level client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions, especially with relationship bankers, product, service and operations partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients.
• Exceptional relationship management, strong presentation, and communication skills.
• Travel required- 10%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Government, Healthcare, Higher-Education or Non-Profit verticals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by growing existing relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Execute cross-line sales and support strategies to optimize product and service delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and liaison with internal partners.
• Develop and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Treasury Services.
• Apply a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and grow the business.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with financial and market analysis to support proposals.
• Represent JPMorgan at industry conferences to raise market visibility.
