Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Field Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of Merchant Services client relationships in the Middle Market segment, including Government, Healthcare, Higher-Education, and Non-Profit sectors.

You will partner with the bank coverage team and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to meet profitability goals through strategic client management, re-contracting, and pursuit of incremental business. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management or related roles.
• Experience growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
• Comfort working with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions with partners.
• Ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients.
• Excellent relationship, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Travel required – 10%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve firm-wide objectives by maintaining and growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
• Coordinate sales/support strategies with other lines of business to optimize delivery.
• Serve as the principal contact for the client relationship on behalf of Merchant Services.
• Support ongoing client strategy and cross-sell opportunities within JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services.
• Apply consultative selling to understand client needs and grow the business.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and provide financial/market analysis to proposals.
• Represent JPMorgan at external conferences to enhance market visibility.
