Responsibilities

• Lead and modernize Field Force Training to enable advisors and field leaders to perform at higher levels for clients and the business.
• Develop and execute a multi-year Field Force Training strategy aligned to enterprise growth objectives.
• Create a scalable, enterprise-wide training ecosystem with onboarding, coaching, digital tools, and practice management disciplines.
• Establish a data-driven performance framework linking training investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Align training to Advisor and Client Lifecycle stages to reinforce growth and engagement.
• Build a scalable training architecture leveraging digital platforms and blended delivery models.
