Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Divisional Administrative Manager, a senior leader in Field Management. You will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of the branch administrative function across Linsco and L&S, driving growth and advisor satisfaction.

This role oversees a regional team, partners with senior executives, and leads enterprise initiatives in career pathing, training, and capacity modeling, while ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable goals for Regional Admin Managers and Branch Admin leaders.
• Serve as a senior advisor to Field Management leadership, shaping the future design of employee advisor models.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
• Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
