Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in Field Performance and Scorecard Finance to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of a modernized performance measurement suite for one of the firm’s largest sales organizations.

You will align finance, data, and product to standardize banker performance metrics across 3,500+ bankers and leaders nationwide, with direct influence on incentive planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in Finance, Analytics, or Business Management.
• Strong technical proficiency or rapid learning of data tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction of the re-envisioned performance measurement suite.
• Develop metrics framework with data sourcing and calculation logic.
• Prioritize backlog and manage dependencies for timely delivery.
• Improve monthly scorecards delivered to 3,500+ bankers and leaders.
• Conduct financial analyses for senior management requests with concise storytelling.
• Collaborate across finance, HR, Legal, Controls, Risk and Product teams on changes.
• Maintain controls and resiliency standards.
