Qualifications

• Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the enterprise adoption and enablement strategy.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and governance for consistent execution.
• Partner with project managers and leaders to size adoption efforts.
• Own a measurement framework aligned to key objectives.
• Coordinate strategies and plans with change management approaches.
