Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading training or performance enablement functions.
• External industry experience with large-scale advisor networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and modernize the Field Force Training team to enable advisor and field leader performance.
• Define a multi-year Field Force Training strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
• Establish a scalable enterprise-wide training ecosystem and standard operating model.
• Drive a data-driven performance enablement framework tying training investments to KPIs like advisor ramp, productivity, and client outcomes.
