Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Experience Research Vice President for the Corporate Investment Bank Payments Experience Design team.

You will shape the strategy, design, and functionality of payments products used by large, complex organizations. You will leverage qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research to identify client needs, generate actionable insights, and influence product decisions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in experience research; 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in market research with exposure to digital and user experience.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and synthesize research across qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience building or scaling strategic research programs that inform product priorities and measure impact.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen research operations and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration across design, product, engineering, and research partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods studies addressing complex client, product, and business questions.
• Analyze and synthesize findings to identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for product strategy.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations influencing priorities, design decisions, and roadmaps.
• Contribute to scalable research programs that generate ongoing client insight and measure outcomes.
• Identify and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research execution and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed research throughout the product development lifecycle.
