Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Vice President Experience Design Lead in Payments Operations to shape the user experience across products and services. Leverage deep design and research expertise to lead strategic initiatives, mentor designers, and drive inclusive, accessible experiences that meet business needs and user expectations.

You will guide experience strategy, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and foster a culture of customer-centric design across channels and platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or related roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligning business objectives with user needs.
• Diagram service flows and features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives within a domain and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development and ensure customer-centric solutions.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences across platforms.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the experience.
