Qualifications

• Develops transformational innovation strategies and clear north star representations.
• Advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, and microservices and their impact on UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints, leading end-to-end design initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development and ensure customer-centric solutions.
• Analyze market trends and user insights to inform design decisions across platforms and channels.
