Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of AI assistants, chatbots, and agentic workflows.
• Experience applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and prioritization of agentic components and patterns into the design system and coordinate delivery.
• Identify gaps in design system coverage and propose enhancements.
• Translate product requirements into reusable design system assets: diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and specs.
• Coordinate with teams to engage stakeholders at the right time.
• Role-model inclusive design practices and mentor junior designers.
• Analyze trends and feedback to inform design direction across platforms.
