Chase seeks a Vice President of Experience Design in Card Acquisition to shape end-to-end card shopping journeys. You will lead strategy at the intersection of UX, branding, marketing, and AI-enabled design, translating insights into high-quality, production-ready experiences that boost shopper confidence and application completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to develop experiences meeting product proposals and drive customer-centric decisions.
• Advanced technical literacy with client-side tech, APIs, microservices, and tech stack impact on UX.
• Expert-level Figma mastery and design system governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects across product areas.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives within a domain and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions.
