You will manage senior stakeholders, translate opportunities into roadmaps, and ensure execution with governance discipline.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Expense Mgmt/Transformation aligned to responsibilities.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in a large complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation with multiple workstreams and governance forums.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities with business case skills.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive results through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Expense Efficiency Office and oversee strategic efficiency initiatives across business areas.
• Direct and develop a team of PMO resources, workstream leads, and financial analysts.
• Partner with senior leaders to convert opportunities into executable roadmaps and value plans.
• Establish and maintain portfolio management with milestones, risks, and benefits realization.
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and escalate critical risks as needed.
• Provide updates and strategic recommendations to executive governance forums.
• Develop governance for evaluating and reinvesting efficiency savings.
• Scale the EEO office with evolving operating models and governance processes.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on planning, change management, and communications.
