Lincoln Financial is seeking a visionary technology executive to lead the transformation of the Group Protection business. As VP, Head of Technology, you will shape the technology roadmap, lead a high‑performing team of engineers and architects, and partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions.

You will guide modernization and AI-driven initiatives while aligning technology with strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

Must have 15+ years of progressive technology and architecture experience at executive level.
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a service-based environment.
Deep expertise in Group Benefits, insurance, financial services or related industry with regulatory understanding.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
